Making your reservation couldn't be easier. Using our 'Fast Track' booking process, minimises the booking confirmation response time for your chosen hotel / resort.
Due to the credit card pre-validation process (step 2), hotelATM is able to act on your behalf as soon as we receive confirmation of availability from the hotel.

1. CONTACT DETAILS
It's important we know who you are and how to contact you in order to process your request. Therefore, all fields are mandatory.
You will note that we also require valid telephone number, this is so we can contact you quickly if there is a problem with your booking. This is the only reason we will contact you. We will not make unsolicited calls to you. Privacy Statement.

2. CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
We require payment authorization to begin our booking service, this enables us to confirm your booking upon approval of the hotel / resort and greatly reduces the time needed to confirm your booking.
Note: If the hotel / Resort or even room-type you originally select is not available, payment will not be collected. All amendments and changes must be approved by the customer before the booking can proceed.

3. SUBMIT BOOKING REQUEST
Confirmation that your request has been received by our Customer Service Team who will e-mail your Hotel Voucher to the e-mail address provided within 72 hours (maximum).

Congratulations, you have now completed the Booking Request Process. Sit back and relax while we do the rest for you!
Your hotel voucher will be sent to your e-mail address as specified during the booking request process. It is your responsibility to ensure your private email account can receive our Voucher and that you are able to print the voucher prior to check-in. |
